Escape from the stresses of everyday life with a rejuvenating mountain vacation at CREEKSIDE CHALETS AND CABINS. Every season is a local favorite. Here you will revel in the beauty of the mountains, relax to the sounds of the river, and experience an unforgettable vacation.
Each of our charming cabins sleeps 6–10 people (1, 2, or 3 bedrooms). Families can spread out in the open living room with vaulted ceilings. We are minutes from Monarch Mountain and a short drive east of Salida.
NEW 2023 CREEKSIDE CAMP SITES: Pull-thru sites are perfect for vans, tow campers (20 feet or less), and motorhome RVs (30 feet or less). These pet-friendly sites have picnic tables, electricity, port-a-potty access, and the use of a shared water spigot. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! All of our chalets and camp sites are pet-friendly, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay per chalet. $30 per pet as a one-time fee. YEAR ROUND OUTDOOR ADVENTURE: Every season is equally lovely. From snowcapped peaks in the winter to bright gold aspen leaves in the fall, you’ll never be left wanting when it comes to our picture-perfect surroundings. PLEASE NOTE: Camping rates listed below are for 6 people.
CABIN and CHALETS FEATURES: All our non-smoking accommodations have a private hot tub, full kitchen, coffee-maker, microwave, refrigerator, gas fireplace, WiFi, satellite TV, DVD player, free local calls, iron/ironing board, and deck.
RESORT AMENITIES INCLUDE: Outdoor grills; pets on leashes allowed (maximum 2 pets); a picnic area with seating around a campfire pit; benches along the South Arkansas River.
LOCATION: Creekside Chalets is in south-central Colorado, on the east side of Monarch Pass. 3-1/2 hours from Grand Junction and Durango, Colorado. 5 hours north of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and 9 hours northeast of Flagstaff, Arizona. We are 4 hours southwest of Fort Collins, 2-1/2 hours from Colorado Springs, and 3 hours from Denver, Colorado. Vacation next to the North Fork of the South Arkansas River. Vacation halfway between Salida, CO, and Monarch Mountain Ski Area along Highway 50 at mile marker 211.
